The venue was always overall clean, had great staff and amenities. The breakfast was served in the restaurant.

Everything was simply good. I loved location and staff here. The hotel was conveniently located, short walk to the Dolphin Mall and set in a nice area.

I liked very good staff and rooms, and so much more. It was conveniently located in a fairly nice area. Moreover, it was 4 km from The Women's Park.

Everything is perfectly fine here, had a very good stay in a very well presented hotel. The location is stunning, 5 km from North Trail Park.

staff were diligent, wi-fi was great, and i appreciated its brilliant location adjacent to the airport, outlet shopping dophin mall and other restaurants. breakfast was good with plenty of food. the service in general was fantastic. had a memorable stay here.

Traditional neat hotel and staff was super. I stayed in the room that was cleaned and available with complimentary breakfast, great WiFi plus good lighting. The coffee bar was great and the drinks were hot.

Every part of it was TERRIFIC, I loved location and staff. Beautiful lobby. Furthermore, free wifi worked throughout the property. Conveniently based in a shopping area. Also, I could quickly reach Bowlero, as it’s only 1 km away.

It made my trip to Miami a decent experience. Lovely location for cruise, the hotel staff were very gracious. The room was tastefully decorated, cozy with an amazing bathroom. Efficient check in and excellent service.

The hotel was great and in an excellent location. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, heating and a writing table inside the queen room were handy. Loved their on-site restaurant Flamingo Grille, it was good.

Bed was amazing. It was easy to park on site. 15 minutes on foot from the bus stop. We would love to go back on our next trip to Miami...
